About the course
This graduate certificate builds specialised skills to integrate gender considerations into policy making, project design and implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. You will examine gender mainstreaming as a strategy for advancing gender equality and use gender analysis to address economic and social development issues in Australia and internationally. Study is available online or in person at Flinders’ Adelaide city campus. The programme develops advanced psychological assessment, intervention planning, and evidence-based practice for professional settings.

Graduates may work in roles that apply gender analysis and mainstreaming to policy, programs and evaluation across government, NGOs and international development.
