The Theatre honours specialisation at the University of Melbourne (VCA) is an immersive, conservatoire-style pathway within the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Degree with Honours). It focuses on rigorous advanced training for actors and creative collaborators in a practice-led environment. Students refine performance craft and collaborative theatre-making through intensive studio-based work. This is an Honours specialisation in Performing Arts. Entry requirements
Applicants must meet the standard eligibility for the Bachelor of Fine Arts (Degree with Honours) in addition to the specialisation requirements. The Theatre specialisation will not be offering a 2027 intake.
