About the course
This double degree combines broad scientific study with advanced mathematics to build strong analytical and quantitative skills. You’ll pair a science major with mathematics training in modelling, analysis and problem solving, supported by hands-on laboratory experiences and real-world applications. You graduate with two qualifications in four years, preparing for data-driven roles across science and industry at bachelor level in Sciences. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
Career outcome
Graduates can apply mathematical modelling and scientific methods to complex, real-world problems across diverse sectors. Career pathways include roles in natural resources, bioinformatics, genetics, infection and disease control, and measurement, imaging and analytics.
