Designed for high-achieving students, the Bachelor of Science (Advanced Science) emphasises research-led learning and advanced scientific skills. You can explore a broad range of disciplines through majors and minors while strengthening analysis, problem-solving and interdisciplinary collaboration. Research projects are embedded throughout the degree to prepare you for honours-level study, postgraduate research or leadership roles in scientific and industry settings in the sciences.

Graduates can pursue science and R&D pathways across universities, government and industry, supported by strong research and analytical training. Career directions may include research scientist roles, laboratory or field-based scientific work, and further progression into honours and postgraduate research (including PhD study).
