About the course

This honours course builds advanced capability in actuarial applications, helping you work toward the Actuaries Institute Part II requirements while completing a substantial research project in an actuarial area of interest. You will deepen skills in modelling long-term risk and its impact on financial decisions and planning, preparing you for more specialised actuarial study and practice in Australia. This is a Bachelor honours degree in actuarial science. The programme introduces accounting standards, taxation basics, and financial reporting for professional accreditation pathways.
