About the course
Charles Sturt University’s Bachelor of Psychology is an APAC-accredited four-year program that builds a strong foundation in psychological theory and research. Study online or on campus while developing skills in cognition, development, social psychology, testing, biopsychology, psychopathology and research methods. The course supports pathways to honours and future postgraduate study towards psychologist registration in the discipline of psychology at bachelor level. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.
Career outcome
Graduates can apply for provisional registration as a psychologist and use their skills across community, government and organisational settings. Career pathways may include counselling and support roles, early intervention coordination, human services work, research assistance/analysis, and people-focused roles such as human resources. Further postgraduate study can support progression toward registered psychologist roles in the psychology profession at bachelor level.
