About the course
This four-year double degree combines psychological science with exercise and sports science to build understanding of human behaviour alongside the role of exercise and healthy lifestyles in performance, health and wellbeing. Accredited sequences support foundational psychology studies (APAC) and exercise science training (ESSA), helping you develop skills to work with individuals and groups across sport, community and health settings. It is a Bachelor-level program in psychology and sports science.
Career outcome
Graduates may work across health, sport and community sectors, applying psychology and exercise science knowledge to support wellbeing and performance. Career areas include counselling support roles, community and child welfare services, education and health promotion, corporate fitness, coaching, and roles in government or non-government sport and recreation. Opportunities also extend to high-performance sport organisations, institutes and academies, and health and fitness consultation. It is a Bachelor-level pathway in psychology and sports science.
