About the course
Bachelor of Psychological Science (Advanced) explores how people think, feel and behave across different contexts while building advanced psychological knowledge and research capability. You’ll learn with leading academics, extend core psychology with advanced science coursework and a cross-disciplinary project, and receive mentoring to shape your career direction. The program is designed as an undergraduate advanced Psychology degree with strong research and industry engagement.
Career outcome
Graduates can apply psychological science skills across many sectors including research, human resources, leadership and management, marketing and advertising, intelligence and government agencies, public health, community services, project management, counselling support roles, law and correctional services. Typical roles include careers counsellor, caseworker, juvenile justice officer, market researcher and mediator. This is a Bachelor-level Psychology pathway; psychologist registration requires further accredited postgraduate study.
