About the course
This double degree combines property economics and law to build an interdisciplinary skill set for work across the property and legal sectors. You’ll study the Australian legal system and core areas required for admission to legal practice, alongside property-focused learning that supports investment and urban development decisions. Industry connections, practical experiences and expert teaching help you graduate job-ready with two qualifications in 5.5 years of full-time study in law.

Graduates can pursue careers across legal practice and the property industry, including roles where law and property intersect. Opportunities may include legal and commercial roles in property and development firms, government and regulatory bodies, and corporate organisations dealing with property transactions and compliance. Pathways include progressing toward legal practice (subject to admission requirements) as well as property-related advisory and analysis roles using your combined bachelor/honours law qualification.
