About the course
This double degree combines property economics with an honours law qualification, building skills in property valuation, development and management alongside advanced legal knowledge and research capability. You will complete a structured program of core and elective law units plus property economics discipline studies, including a professional practice requirement with workplace experience. The program is designed as a Bachelor/Honours pathway in property and law. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue careers that draw on both property and legal expertise across private enterprise, government and community organisations. Outcomes may include roles in general or specialist legal practice, corporate and public-sector legal work, property valuation and advisory services, development and asset management, and compliance or governance functions.
