About the course
This honours program combines politics, philosophy and economics to help you analyse major public-policy challenges from multiple perspectives. You build strong skills in critical thinking, written communication, problem-solving, and quantitative and research methods. After completing core courses across the three disciplines, you can specialise in one area or continue a broader mix. It is an honours-level program in politics, philosophy and economics. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for leadership and decision-making roles that require strong analytical, ethical and policy judgement. Career paths may include government and public policy, political and community organisations, NGOs and international development, consulting and business, or further study and research in academia. The interdisciplinary training supports roles where evaluating complex social and economic issues is essential in an honours-level politics, philosophy and economics degree.
