About the course
This double degree combines politics and international relations with a broad arts education. You’ll build knowledge of political systems, policy and global affairs while developing strong communication and analytical skills through arts study. Delivered on campus at UC’s Bruce campus, it offers an interdisciplinary pathway suited to students interested in government, diplomacy and cultural or social analysis at bachelor level. The programme combines disciplinary knowledge, applied learning, and graduate competencies for professional career entry.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across government and public policy, international relations and diplomacy support, political research, advocacy and non-government organisations. The arts component strengthens writing, critical thinking and communication skills valued in media, community organisations and public administration. This bachelor double degree provides a platform for careers in politics and international engagement as well as broader arts-related professional pathways.
