About the course
UniSQ’s Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) is an APAC-accredited four-year sequence that builds foundational psychology knowledge alongside practical skills for work with clients. You’ll explore ethical psychological practice, assessment and counselling approaches, and intervention and evaluation methods, with opportunities to engage in research. Study online or on campus at Ipswich, with structured intakes across the year in undergraduate psychology. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.
Career outcome
This degree supports progression toward provisional registration and further postgraduate study on the pathway to becoming a clinical or professional psychologist. Graduates may also work in related areas such as occupational health and safety, change management, professional development, community consultation and advocacy. Other roles can include welfare, youth, support and employment officer positions in services such as child safety and corrective services in psychology.
