About the course

This combined degree lets you study a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) alongside a Bachelor of Communication to strengthen legal knowledge with advanced communication skills. You’ll build capability in advocacy, presenting and writing for different audiences, media liaison and public affairs, with opportunities for work-integrated learning and practical legal clinic experience. This is a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree focused on Law and Communication. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.

Graduates can pursue roles across legal practice and communication-focused professions, applying advocacy and media skills in public or private sectors. Pathways may include work as a lawyer, solicitor or barrister, or in roles such as corporate communicator, ambassador or politician, including work connected to human rights, policy and public affairs.
