About the course
CDU’s Bachelor of Arts is a flexible degree that builds broad knowledge and transferable skills in critical and creative thinking, decision-making and idea generation. You can tailor your study through one of six majors while also choosing subjects from diverse fields. The course highlights Indigenous leadership and issues relevant to Northern Australia and South‑East Asia, with options to study online, on campus, full-time or part-time. This is a bachelor-level qualification in arts and humanities.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue opportunities across government and statutory authorities and organisations such as land councils, museums, training and research bodies, diplomacy and policy settings, communications and media, and consultancy—particularly where work involves Northern and Central Australia and Asia. The interdisciplinary focus can also support roles in project management, public service, or entrepreneurship. These outcomes align with a bachelor-level arts and humanities degree. Preparing graduates for graduate employment, professional traineeships, and further postgraduate study.
