About the course
Build expertise in nutrition, food and health through practical learning in food preparation, analysis and sensory labs. You will study disease prevention, nutrition education and research, food regulation, physiology, lifespan nutrition and sustainable food systems, with options to broaden your degree through electives and majors. The course includes at least 75 hours of industry placement and can provide pathways to further study in dietetics at bachelor level in nutrition and dietetics.
