About the course
This double degree combines nutrition science with commerce to build expertise in how food influences health, disease and ageing alongside strong business capabilities. You’ll gain hands-on experience in food sensory labs and develop skills to provide evidence-based nutrition advice in community settings, while learning analysis and reporting to support business decisions through industry projects. It is a Bachelor-level qualification in nutrition and commerce. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.

Graduates can pursue roles across health, nutrition and the food sector while also applying commercial skills in business and government. Career paths may include nutrition and health promotion roles in community settings, positions in food industry and product/consumer insights, and business roles such as marketing, finance, management, HR or analytics where nutrition and commerce intersect.
