About the course

The Bachelor of Nutrition and Exercise explores how diet, physical activity and wellbeing interact to improve health across individuals and communities. You’ll build foundations across nutrition, health promotion and behaviour change, with topics spanning the lifecycle, health equity and sports performance. Delivered fully online, the course combines evidence-based learning with practical experience opportunities to prepare you for undergraduate study in nutrition and exercise.
