About the course
This degree builds foundational knowledge for medical diagnosis and disease management through theory and hands-on laboratory learning. You study core medical sciences including anatomy, physiology, genetics, microbiology, biochemistry and haematology, then progress to advanced areas such as immunohaematology, infectious disease, histopathology and genetic pathology. Graduates develop skills in clinical testing, analysis and reporting for pathology and clinical laboratories in a Bachelor-level biomedical discipline.
