About the course
The Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences (Honours) is a one-year full-time program that builds on prior undergraduate study in mathematical sciences. You’ll strengthen advanced problem-solving, critical thinking and research capability through a mix of coursework and a substantial supervised research project, culminating in a thesis/essay and presentation. This honours year is designed to prepare graduates for further research pathways in mathematical sciences. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
