About the course
UC’s Bachelor of Laws provides a practical legal education designed to prepare you for professional legal practice. You’ll build strong foundations in core areas of law while developing skills in legal reasoning, research, writing and advocacy. The course is delivered on campus at Bruce and supports progression toward legal careers and further professional pathways as an undergraduate law degree. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.

Graduates can pursue careers across legal practice and law-related roles in government, business and community sectors. Typical pathways include working as a lawyer (subject to admission requirements), legal adviser, policy or compliance officer, contract administrator, or roles in courts and regulatory agencies.
