About the course
The Bachelor of Laws (Direct Entry) provides a comprehensive legal education with a strong grounding in core areas of law and the social and ethical contexts in which law operates. You’ll develop practical legal skills through structured learning and early program support, preparing you for professional practice and a range of law-related careers. This is an undergraduate law degree delivered on campus. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.

Graduates can pursue careers across private practice, government and community sectors, applying legal knowledge and practical skills in diverse settings. Typical pathways include roles such as solicitor, barrister, legal consultant, in-house legal adviser, prosecutor, policy adviser and research officer, with opportunities in areas like criminal, commercial, media and intellectual property law. This is a bachelor-level qualification in Law. Preparing graduates for legal practice, paralegal, compliance, and public sector legal support roles.
