About the course
This double degree combines International Studies with Law to prepare you for legal work in a global context. You’ll study how national and international issues shape societies, alongside a comprehensive legal education, and are encouraged to undertake study abroad to build cultural understanding and global capability. It is an undergraduate program focused on international perspectives in Law. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue careers across law and internationally focused roles in government, business and advocacy. Potential pathways include solicitor or barrister work, commercial or criminal law, in-house legal adviser roles, and positions linked to diplomacy, politics and public policy such as diplomat, government policy adviser or research officer. It is a Bachelor-level pathway into globally oriented Law careers. Preparing graduates for legal practice, paralegal, compliance, and public sector legal support roles.
