This double degree combines information technology with an accredited law qualification to prepare you for technology-driven legal and business environments. You’ll build skills in computing alongside legal analysis, with opportunities to specialise in areas such as computer science or information systems and engage in industry-informed projects. Graduate with two separate degrees in 5.5 years full-time, ready for professional pathways spanning IT and law. The programme builds programming, systems thinking, and data skills for technology-driven industries and startups.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles at the intersection of technology and regulation, including cyberlaw and digital governance, intellectual property and technology law, and legal practice supporting tech-enabled organisations. The IT component supports careers such as software developer, business analyst or e-commerce developer, while the law component strengthens capability for compliance, privacy, and technology policy work. This is a Bachelor (Honours) pathway combining Law with IT & computing careers.
