This undergraduate first-year stream groups introductory food science units that can be taken within selected Curtin Bachelor of Science degrees. It provides an entry point to core concepts in food science and related areas, letting you build foundational knowledge before progressing into a chosen degree structure. This stream is studied on campus at Curtin Perth as part of a Bachelor-level pathway in Food Sciences. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
