This flexible double degree lets you combine two ANU bachelor degrees from the Arts, Social Sciences, Business and Science group to match both career goals and personal interests. With a very large choice of possible pairings, you can build depth in two disciplines while also developing interdisciplinary breadth. What you might learn
You will develop integrated knowledge across two chosen bachelor degrees while strengthening transferable capabilities such as critical thinking, quantitative and analytical reasoning, research and communication. The program is designed to help you connect ideas across disciplines, broaden professional perspectives, and tailor study to your interests through the selected degree requirements and available electives. You may also use electives toward an additional major, minor or specialisation where possible.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue a wide range of roles depending on the two degrees selected, including careers across government, policy, business, finance, data and analytics, science and technology, consulting, international relations, communications and the creative industries. The double-degree structure supports interdisciplinary careers and further study options, including honours pathways where relevant. Many included degrees may carry professional recognition, depending on the specific combination chosen.
Entry requirements
Applicants must meet ANU program-specific academic and any non-academic requirements, plus English language proficiency. Entry is competitive and meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee an offer. Domestic applicants are assessed using an Australian Senior Secondary Certificate (or equivalent) and the minimum Selection Rank (including eligible adjustment factors), or prior higher education/VET study or approved work and life experience pathways. International applicants need an equivalent selection rank from recognised qualifications.
