About the course
This double degree combines exercise and sport science with engineering (honours) to build skills in sports technology, biomechanics, rehabilitation and product design. You’ll develop understanding of human performance and movement alongside mechanical engineering knowledge, with strong project- and design-based learning. Extensive practical placements in sport, health and engineering settings support industry-ready experience for a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree in Sports Science.

Graduates can pursue roles where sport, human performance and engineering intersect, such as sports technology and product development, biomechanics and performance support, rehabilitation and assistive device design, and engineering roles in sport and health industries.
