About the course
This double-major Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) (Scholar) combines electrical and electronics engineering with computer and autonomous systems engineering. You’ll build strong foundations in circuits, electronics, control, communications and embedded computing, while developing skills to design intelligent connected systems. The scholar stream supports high-achieving students through an enriched engineering experience delivered on campus at Wollongong across five years of full-time study.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue engineering roles across electrical and electronics design, embedded systems, robotics and autonomous vehicles, telecommunications and networking, power and renewable energy, and real-time control. Career paths may include electrical/electronics engineer, computer or embedded systems engineer, control systems engineer, robotics or autonomous vehicle engineer, signal processing engineer, network/telecommunications engineer, or project/product manager in technology and engineering organisations.
