About the course
This honours mechanical engineering degree builds skills to design, analyse and improve components, machines and mechanical systems using principles of motion, energy and force. You’ll study foundations in mathematics and computing alongside multidisciplinary project work, then progress to mechanical stream core and specialist electives, with an optional specialisation. The course includes professional engagement activities and culminates in an honours thesis in mechanical engineering.
