About the course
This Bachelor of Education (Technology and Applied Studies) prepares you to teach design and technology in secondary schools, blending education theory with hands-on technology disciplines. Study online, on campus or via blended learning, with opportunities to specialise in agricultural, food, industrial or information technology. You’ll complete substantial school-based professional experience (80 days) to build practical classroom and curriculum skills as an undergraduate education and teaching degree.

Graduates are prepared to work as secondary school teachers in Technology and Applied Studies (TAS), teaching design and technology and a chosen specialist area such as agricultural, food, industrial or information technology.
