This double degree combines secondary teacher education with specialist study in creative writing within the Bachelor of Fine Arts. You’ll complete a structured program of education theory, curriculum and classroom practice, alongside writing-focused creative industries units. The course includes at least 80 days of supervised professional experience in schools and prepares you to graduate with two teaching areas, including English linked to the Fine Arts major. The programme develops classroom practice, curriculum knowledge, and educational psychology for teaching professions.
