About the course
This degree prepares you to teach in primary schools, combining current educational research with extensive school-based learning from first year. You’ll build skills in literacy and numeracy, inclusive and differentiated teaching, leadership and research, and effective use of ICT in classrooms. Choose a minor to deepen curriculum knowledge, and complete a final-year professional experience where you take major responsibility for a class in primary education. The programme develops classroom practice, curriculum knowledge, and educational psychology for teaching professions.
