About the course
This three-year Bachelor of Early Childhood Education is an ACECQA-approved qualification for teaching children from birth to five in early childhood settings. You’ll study core early childhood principles, child development, pedagogy and contemporary issues, with content informed by education research. The degree includes substantial supervised professional experience (including early childhood and primary settings) to apply theory in real-world contexts, preparing graduates for early childhood teaching.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles in early childhood education settings such as early childhood teacher in long day care centres, preschools and kindergartens, supporting learning and development from birth to age five.
