About the course
UniSC’s Bachelor of Design develops creative and critical thinking through hands-on, studio-based experimentation. You’ll engage with interdisciplinary design practices and new technologies while building cultural awareness and ethical, inclusive design approaches. The program supports specialisation across interactive media, digital culture, game design and visual communication to help you design for a rapidly changing world in a Bachelor-level design degree. The programme develops design, animation, visual storytelling, and digital media production for creative industries.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across creative and digital industries such as content creator, creative producer and digital strategist. Career paths may also include professional designer, visual communication or visualisation designer, interactive media specialist, photographer, and game designer/artist/programmer. The degree prepares you to apply design thinking and contemporary tools to varied audiences and contexts as a Bachelor-qualified design professional.
