This double degree combines architectural design with property and real estate to build creative and commercial capability across the built environment. You’ll develop design thinking in studio-based projects while also gaining skills in property valuation, development, investment and relevant law. Learning is supported by purpose-built workshops and industry engagement, with opportunities for work placement and professional networking in architecture and property sectors. The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.
