About the course
This undergraduate degree examines crime, criminal behaviour and how societies respond through policing, courts and corrections. You’ll study contemporary issues in criminology and criminal justice, drawing on perspectives from law, psychology, history, anthropology, geography and forensic science. The program builds analytical and evidence-based thinking for understanding and addressing crime in the community as a Bachelor-level criminology qualification. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across criminal justice and related sectors, including policy and research, community and support services, and justice-focused program delivery. The course provides a foundation for work with government and non-government organisations connected to crime prevention, offender rehabilitation and victim support, and can also support further study pathways.
