About the course
Criminology is the study of crime and social control. Crime, how we define it, how we understand its causes, and the ways we respond to it provides a window into a society’s challenges, values and aspirations. You will consider the local, national and global aspects of crime and justice and become familiar with a range of lenses for understanding and assessing the efficiency and impact of society’s changing understandings and responses. The programme builds programming, systems thinking, and data skills for technology-driven industries and startups.
Career outcome
Students in the double degree course achieve the Course Learning Outcomes of the two partner courses. Preparing graduates for software development, IT support, data analysis, and technology consultancy entry roles.
