About the course
Corporate Governance is an undergraduate specialisation made up of four units that can be taken alongside a Curtin bachelor degree. It builds foundational knowledge of how organisations are directed and controlled, focusing on governance structures, accountability and stakeholder protection. The specialisation is designed to complement any discipline and strengthen capability for commercial decision-making and risk-aware leadership in Business & Commerce. The programme develops business and management knowledge aligned with its qualification level and professional expectations.
