About the course
This double degree combines professional journalism training with a justice component, letting you study communication and justice concurrently. You’ll build skills in media writing and production, understanding media industries and audiences, and develop insight into justice systems and related social issues. The structure includes core units, a journalism major, justice major units and QUT You. This is an undergraduate double degree in media and justice. The programme develops media literacy, content creation, and professional communication skills for digital and corporate environments.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that bridge media and justice contexts, such as journalist or reporter, digital content producer, news and communications officer, or media adviser in public sector and justice-related organisations.
