Be a lawyer with a social conscience – or a social scientist with legal nous. If you want a future where you'll make a real impact on people's lives, UTS's cross-disciplinary Bachelor of Communication in Social and Political Sciences Bachelor of Laws is your ideal choice. Through this program, you'll acquire two cutting-edge and in-demand qualifications. You'll get insights into sociology, social policy, politics, public history and international studies, all while acquiring the legal insight required to practise law in NSW.

Career options include policy design and advocacy, research in think tanks and academia, policy research, analysis and program management in government and private organisations, management of social services and welfare organisations, and advocacy in a variety of fields, such as environmental, Indigenous affairs, human rights, overseas development and trade unions.
