About the course
This double degree combines communication specialising in community and public relations with justice studies. You’ll build skills in writing, media industries, public relations practice, stakeholder engagement and communication strategy alongside justice-focused study. Designed to be completed concurrently, the course integrates both disciplines and includes QUT You units for broader capability development. This is an undergraduate double bachelor program in media/communication and justice.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that bridge public communication and the justice sector, such as public relations or communications officer, media and publicity roles, stakeholder and community engagement adviser, and communications roles in government, justice agencies, NGOs and advocacy organisations. The combined qualification supports work in public-facing justice settings where strategic communication and community relations are critical.
