About the course
This undergraduate specialisation focuses on commercial property and valuation, providing a structured set of four units studied within a Curtin business degree. It is available only as part of the MJXU-PROVL Property Development and Valuation Extension Major (BCom) and is designed to broaden expertise and help tailor studies toward property-related career goals within the built environment and valuation domain.
