About the course

This double degree builds expertise across construction management, quantity surveying and property economics. You’ll develop skills to plan and manage construction projects, understand regulations and contracts, and make commercially sound decisions for property development and investment. With an integrated honours component, the course supports industry-focused learning for professional practice in the built environment at bachelor (honours) level. The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.
