About the course

This combined honours degree integrates civil engineering and surveying to prepare you to plan, design and deliver infrastructure and land development projects. You’ll build technical expertise across structural, geotechnical and water engineering alongside spatial technologies such as GIS, satellite positioning and remote sensing. Learning is practical and industry focused, with fieldwork, design projects and professional experience to support safer, more sustainable communities at Bachelor level in civil engineering and surveying.

Graduates can pursue roles spanning civil engineering and surveying across infrastructure, construction, transport, mining, land development and government projects. The program prepares you for technical, project and field-based work, contributing to planning, design and delivery of essential built-environment outcomes.
