About the course
This combined degree develops expertise in both business and law, building knowledge of Australian and global business environments alongside strong legal reasoning and professional skills. You’ll study courses from both disciplines and gain practical experience, including opportunities to work on real cases and build courtroom capability. In five years full-time you graduate with two qualifications: business and Bachelor of Laws (Honours). The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.

Graduates can pursue careers across the legal profession and broader sectors where legal and commercial expertise intersect. Typical pathways include corporate and commercial legal practice, in-house counsel roles, compliance and policy work in government or industry, and business leadership positions. Roles may include business development manager, corporate/commercial lawyer, in-house counsel, policy/compliance officer, financial analyst and human resources manager in a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree in Law.
