About the course
This stream prepares future secondary teachers to teach Biological Sciences by building both discipline content and pedagogical knowledge. It is completed as a set of related units within the Bachelor of Education (Secondary Education), supporting lesson planning, curriculum understanding and effective classroom practice for science learning. This is an undergraduate Education & Teaching stream within the BEd (Secondary). The programme develops classroom practice, curriculum knowledge, and educational psychology for teaching professions.
