This dual degree combines an accredited Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with advanced study in mathematics, letting you apply mathematical methods to engineering problems while building a pathway to research-focused mathematics honours. Across five years you choose from a wide range of engineering disciplines at UQ and select maths specialisations such as mathematical AI or optimisation to broaden your technical edge in engineering and related industries. The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.
