About the course
This dual program combines the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) with Economics to build strong technical capability alongside economic analysis and decision-making. You’ll develop engineering expertise through a chosen specialisation while learning to analyse markets, policy and human behaviour using tools such as microeconomics, macroeconomics and econometrics. Graduates gain a broad, industry-relevant skill set for complex technical and business challenges in engineering and economics.

Graduates can pursue careers where engineering and economic insight intersect, including infrastructure and project evaluation, investment and resource planning, energy and environmental decision-making, and roles in government and industry.
