About the course

The Bachelor of Agricultural Science at UWA builds skills for future agricultural systems by combining core agricultural science with emerging AgTech. You’ll study how technology and digital innovation are transforming farming and food production, while developing scientific and practical capability to address productivity, sustainability and industry challenges. This is an undergraduate degree focused on agriculture science. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.

Graduates can pursue roles across modern agriculture and agribusiness where science and technology intersect. Career paths may include agricultural or agronomy support roles, AgTech and precision agriculture, farm and supply-chain operations, sustainability and resource management, and advisory services to producers and industry.
