About the course
This associate degree combines academic study with integrated, hands-on learning for hotel and tourism operations. You’ll build practical front- and back-of-house capability through study in food and beverage operations, accommodation, operations management and finance, supported by a 600-hour professional placement. Graduates can pathway into the Bachelor of Business in Hotel Management at The Hotel School with up to two years of credit in hospitality and tourism. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
